We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join the team at Casablanca, Paris. This role involves managing samples throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across global locations, and maintaining the sample office and external archives daily. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple departments to act as the central point of contact for sample requests and ensure the management and provision of these samples for key business functions such as design & product development references, fashion shows, showrooms, retail requests, marketing and e-comm campaigns.
The role:
Oversee the full sample management process within Casablanca Paris, ensuring accurate receipt, inventory, barcode labelling and organization of product samples (current and archive pieces).
Organising and managing of the sample office and additional archive storage spaces.
Maintain tracking and inventory of all samples using existing ERP systems (Launchmetrics/ Fashion GPS) and additional tracking methods such as excel sheets.
Inspecting samples for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet company standards before distribution and upon return.
Coordinate the global shipping and receiving of samples for Showrooms, Fashion Show and Marketing campaigns
Liaising with couriers and Freight forwarders to manage any issues related to sample distribution.
Ensure timely availability of samples for business-critical activities such as production, sales, and marketing projects.
Liaise daily with design, PR, product development, production, sales, and marketing teams to support with their respective sample needs and priorities.
Maintain and update ERP Platform (Launchmetrics/Fashion GPS) with regular collection uploads as well as logging all sample requests and returns.
The candidate:
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Launchmetrics/Fashion GPS is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manual handling capability for lifting boxes up to 20kg.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools.
