This is a consulting contract position.
Ensure timely receipt of samples for each seasonal cycle while maintaining an organized inventory and accurate tracking records. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to provide updates on sample arrivals and any potential delays. Develop strong working relationships with Brand MAs and coordinate effectively across teams. Compile product fact sheets using multiple systems and assist with various team projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in logistics, inventory management, or sample coordination preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift and transport apparel sample boxes and racks as needed.
Proven experience in sample coordination or management.
Highly self-sufficient with strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
