Sample Coordinator – Woman’s Apparel Jobs in Los Angeles at Citifox Inc
Citifox, based in Los Angeles, California, is a women’s apparel company that specializes in creating high-quality, fashionable clothing that appeals to a wide range of styles and preferences.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support our Design, Production, and Sales teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in the apparel industry. No prior apparel industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track apparel samples throughout the development and production process
- Work closely with the Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure samples are organized and available when needed
- Maintain accurate sample records and assist with sample check-in and check-out
- Organize samples for buyer meetings, fittings, presentations, and internal reviews
- Communicate and follow up on buyer fit comments and sample-related requests
- Assist in communicating sample updates and revisions with internal teams
- Follow up on sample deadlines and help ensure timely completion
- Maintain and keep samples properly labeled and categorized
- Assist with additional administrative and sample coordination duties as needed
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Responsible, dependable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a mandatory
- Interest in fashion, apparel, product development, or production is a plus
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour
