Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sample Coordination Intern to support the management of product samples, including logistics, organisation, and documentation. Reporting to the Sample Coordinator, this role helps ensure smooth workflow across the business and offers valuable hands-on experience working with teams across Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Production, PR, and Product Development.

The role

  • Support the tracking, receiving, and organisation of incoming and outgoing product samples.
  • Maintain accurate sample inventory records, ensuring each item is properly labelled and documented.
  • Assist in managing sample invoices, archives, and storage areas to ensure efficient organisation and easy retrieval.
  • Support the domestic and international shipping and receiving of samples.
  • Prepare samples for photoshoots, fashion shows, showrooms, and other brand activities, ensuring they meet Casablanca Paris standards.
  • Coordinate with couriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, collections, and returns.
  • Organise and pack sample collections for Fashion Week, showrooms, campaigns, and key company events, including some manual handling and lifting, with the possibility of providing on-site support when required.
  • Work closely with Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, Production, PR, and Product Development teams to manage sample requests and support business needs, including assisting the PR Assistant where necessary.
  • Support data entry and reporting by uploading seasonal collection data to Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) from internal trackers.
  • Maintain real-time updates on sample tracking systems, monitoring sample usage, movement, and return dates.
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming samples to ensure they meet brand standards, reporting any issues to the relevant teams for repair or replacement.

The candidate

  • Strong interest in luxury fashion, with a desire to learn in an operational/logistical role.
  • Effective verbal, written and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP tools (a plus).
  • Manual handling capability for lifting boxes up to 20kg.
  • Previous experience in fashion operations, retail, or logistics is a bonus.
