ETHOS Beauty Partners was born 3 years ago when East Coast Salon Service and Art of Business joined forces to create an unprecedented distributorship in the PA NJ NY and DE.
We are committed to the salon professional, as well as the salon business consultant.
This role is a full-time field sales position.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, developing new business and collaborating with your customers to ensure they thrive and grow with ETHOS.

If you are a salesperson with a proven sales track record and a passion for the beauty industry, you should apply.

Our minimum requirement for consideration is 3 years of field sales experience, calling on owner operated businesses, within the beauty industry. A fashion or pharmaceutical sales background will also be considered.
You must live in the territory you service and be willing to travel to sales meetings and training outside of your territory.
You will thrive in this role if: you are a self-starter, organized, curious and engaging, you attribute your success to your ability to develop influential relationships, and can ask for and close a sale.
If you are detail oriented and have great follow-through, managing a territory of 100 plus salons will be a challenge you are well suited for.
