** Roles & Responsibilities**:
– Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
– Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers
– Conducting proper diagnosis, consultant must prescribed treatment as well
– Communicate and advise what is best for the client’s interest.
– Customize treatment packages according to customers’ scalp condition.
– Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers)
– Follow up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
** Requirements**:
– Experienced in sales with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the beauty industry) but not REQUIRED
– Excellent customer service & sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
– With proven Professional Certificates is a PLUS (but not REQUIRED)
– With good language proficiency is preferred
– Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced
working environment
– Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday
