Take on a pivotal role as a Nail Salon Supervisor at our Scarborough, Ontario location. This permanent, full-time position will put you at the forefront of client services and team leadership.
Situated at 1 Eglinton Square, you’ll manage a team of 5-10 as you ensure salon operations run smoothly. With 7 months of relevant experience, your skills in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring equipment maintenance will be essential. You will also handle client interactions, coordinate other departments, and train employees in safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule operations and staff duties effectively
• Equip team members with necessary skills and training
• Oversee equipment operations and maintenance
• Monitor output quality and resolve production issues
• Compile and report progress and material requisition
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• All work to be completed on-site
• Valid work permit mandatory
• Open to Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents
