Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Talent Manager at Auraa Talents. The Senior Talent Manager will be responsible for day-to-day talent management activities, including scouting and building relationships with models, coordinating bookings, conducting auditions and interviews, strategizing marketing campaigns, and overseeing talent development. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
Talent Management, Model Management, and Casting skills
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with models
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in marketing and promoting talent
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of the fashion industry and marketing trends
Experience with talent management and production is a plus
