Position: Concept, Copy & Script Writer
Experience:Minimum 3 years in Advertising Agency Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns across various media channels, including traditional and digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their brand objectives and translating them into creative strategies that drive results.
Develop and present creative concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating both conventional and digital elements to meet campaign objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and effective creative solutions.
Oversee the production process, ensuring the quality and consistency of creative deliverables.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role within the advertising industry, with a strong emphasis on both conventional and digital spaces.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering creative campaigns from concept to execution.
In-depth knowledge of advertising trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and project management tools.
