Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Scrum Master with deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to oversee multiple ongoing projects, specifically focused on Billing implementations. The candidate should have excellent project management skills, stakeholder coordination ability, and a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage end-to-end insurance technology projects
Lead all Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain project plans
Track project progress, update budgets, and communicate risks
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Underwriting, Claims, etc.)
Guide backlog prioritization and sprint goal alignment
Drive Agile best practices within the team and organization
Maintain documentation and support training efforts
✅ Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Scrum Master role
Experience in P&C Insurance domain (billing, claims, underwriting)
Strong Agile / Scrum experience
Proven track record in stakeholder engagement & risk management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence
