We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our bridal alteration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction and sewing, with a passion for fashion retail and exceptional customer service. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for altering, repairing, and customizing garments to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform alterations on wedding dresses,
Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to execute precise alterations,.
Maintain an organized workspace and keep all tools and equipment in good condition.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Proven experience in garment construction and tailoring is preferred.
Proficiency in using sewing machines and various hand-sewing techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to alterations.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion retail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
