We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bridal tailoring , excel in customer service, and have experience with sewing machines and bridal garment construction and customizations.
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. As a Tailor, you will play a crucial role in creating and altering garments to fit our clients perfectly. Duties: – Perform garment alterations such as hemming, taking in or letting out seams, and repairing garments – Create custom-made clothing according to client specifications – Assist customers in selecting fabrics, styles, and designs – Take accurate measurements to ensure a precise fit – Operate sewing machines and other tools to complete tasks efficiently – Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients’ needs and concerns Skills: – Proficient in sewing techniques and garment construction – Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations – Experience using sewing machines and other tailoring tools – Familiarity with fashion retail practices is a plus – Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and garment design, we invite you to apply for the seamstress position with us. Experience:
– Proven 5 years of experience as a Tailor or similar role
– Proficiency in using sewing machines and other tailoring tools
– Knowledge of garment construction and gown customizations.
– Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
– Ability to sew by hand when necessary
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
