Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products, particularly in the areas of garment construction and fabricating. A background in sewing or warehouse operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting issues related to garment construction.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, including sewing machine usage and fabric options.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
Maintain customer records and update information in our database as needed.
Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in fashion design or textile management is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with sewing machines and garment construction processes is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for order management and customer interactions.
