Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Seasonal Sales Associate located in the Old Montreal Area. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, ensure a positive shopping experience, maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, and support the team in achieving sales targets. Additionally, tasks may include processing transactions, managing inventory, and providing product knowledge to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with and assist a variety of customers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, working towards sales targets, and goal-oriented performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to retail inventory management.
- Communication skills, including proficiency in promoting and explaining product features.
- An understanding of fashion, accessories, or textile products is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, being on your feet for the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, sales, or a related field is a bonus.
- Fluent English and French is necessary
