What You’ll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers that encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Share your knowledge and passion for western fashion, boots, hats, apparel, and accessories.
- Stay informed on new arrivals, current promotions, and product features.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
- Accurately process customer purchases and transactions.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory as needed.
- Represent the Mavericks of Scottsdale brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

- Sales experience in retail, luxury goods, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not required.
