Carolina Charm Salon & Spa is looking for a passionate, experienced Hair Stylist who desires a drama free, team oriented, fun, self-managed enviroment. We are a full service salon.
This position is for a licensed cosmetologist with 3+ years of experience. Someone who has developed their skills, is personable, and loves to cut-up with teammates and guests. A strength is being able to make others laugh.
Hours are flexible, you set regular times of availability so you can be booked online, but you may block out time whenever you want. There are no established time requirements. We believe one’s family comes before the job.
You are expected to manage yourself, as there is not a manager onsite. Our philosphy is an adult manages their life. If they can do that, they can manage their career. So don’t apply if your life is a mess!
