Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed seasonal and annual sales goals

Manage a portfolio of specialty and department store accounts across key markets

Present Resort RTW collections during market appointments and fashion weeks

Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales goals

Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Provide feedback from accounts to inform merchandising and product development

Travel as needed to attend trade shows, trunk shows, and account meetings

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on Resort RTW

Established relationships with both specialty stores and department store buyers

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JOOR, NuORDER, or similar wholesale platforms

Strong understanding of seasonal selling calendars and market dynamics

Willingness to travel domestically as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a showroom environment

Deep knowledge of luxury or high-end contemporary fashion markets

A results-driven attitude with a passion for fashion and brand storytelling

Salary $90,000 + 1% commission on specialty + .5% on majors
