What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Dubai Mall team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or premium fashion retail, with experience in Account Management / Brand Management across Digital, Marketplaces or E-commerce.
- Manage and grow relationships with key luxury and premium brand partners.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key brand partners, building trusted, long-term strategic relationships
- Drive commercial performance through assortment strategy, pricing optimization, and visibility planning
- Develop and execute joint business plans with brands to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead onboarding and launch strategy for new premium fashion brands entering the platform
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and product launches
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, conversion, traffic, sell-through rates) and provide strategic insights and recommendations to brand partners
- Identify category growth opportunities and proactively recommend initiatives to expand brand presence and sales
- Oversee execution of seasonal campaigns, exclusive drops, and promotional activities
- Manage and resolve complex operational issues across catalog, pricing, content, logistics, and fulfillment
- Conduct regular business reviews with senior stakeholders from brand partners
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across internal teams to deliver seamless brand experience.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within luxury, premium, or fashion retail.
- Strong background in luxury, premium fashion, or high-end retail categories
- Proven experience managing senior brand relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, marketplace dynamics, and online retail ecosystems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior external partners
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environment
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with fashion brands, luxury retailers, or premium marketplaces is highly preferred
