Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager – Wholesale Voice. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day client interactions, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless service delivery in the Wholesale Voice segment. The position demands consistent collaboration with internal teams to optimize service offerings and meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and building strong client relationships
- Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Sales skills with a proven capability to identify new opportunities and meet objectives
- Understanding of the Wholesale telecom industry or experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented role
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
