The role

The rare and exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Affiliate Marketing Team at Debenhams Group as a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive, where you will support the Senior Affiliate Marketing manager and team to execute a best-in-class, data-led Partnerships Marketing strategy for Debenhams Group brands (Debenhams, DP, Wallis, Coast, Oasis, Warehouse, Burton, Nasty Gal, MissPap and Principles).

You will be supporting the Senior Affiliate Manager in the implementation and execution of affiliate campaigns for the UK. Carrying out day to day campaign activities, reporting and making sure that affiliates are informed of all seasonal and promotional campaigns. Working with traditional affiliate partners, student partners, influencer networks and new initiatives are what this role is all about.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and outgoing with a natural flare for cultivating relationships, whilst also owning the ability needed to negotiate and close deals. As Senior Affiliate Exec, you will be able to work in a fast growing environment, managing your own partner pipeline and prospects.

What you will be doing

Be an integral part of the day-to-day management of affiliate programmes, ranging from:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and optimisation of Debenhams Group’s affiliate programmes with a large focus on Coast, Oasis, Warehouse, MissPap, Nasty Gal, Burton and Principles.

A key day to day contact for our affiliates and other third-party partnerships.

Weekly reporting on the Affiliate channel; monitoring results and analysing performance against key KPIs and ROI targets, to make suggestions for future optimisations and activities.

Responsible for organising and booking exposure across a range of publisher types based on data, past learnings, and making suggestions for future optimisations and improvements.

Initiate ideas for activities across the different brands in line with the needs of the business.

Manage the promotional Affiliate schedule, working alongside ecommerce to strategies on the best promotional offers based on business and profit performance.

Pro-actively look to trial, activate, and retain new and/or existing opportunities for growth.

Opportunities to attend conferences to expand knowledge of the industry and create/ maintain key relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, E-commerce, Buying and the wider Marketing department, to understand and support key campaigns, promotions and focuses.

Collaborate with teams at our affiliate network (Awin) and/or other external partners to drive the channel forward.

Wider collaboration within our Performance Marketing team to understand performance and any cross-channel digital activities and initiatives.
