Responsibilities:
– Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
– Stay up-to-date with current hairstyles and trends
– Consult with clients to determine their desired look and style
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Promote retail sales of hair care products and accessories
– Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients
Skills:
– Proficient in barbering techniques, including the use of straight razors
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent client experience
– Experience in retail sales and upselling hair care products
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and style
Note: A valid master barber license is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,779.00 – $100,000.00 per year
