Our client, a luxury spa located in the vibrant area of Soweto , is seeking a seasoned and professional Senior Beautician & Spa Therapist . This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction, and contributing to the serene ambiance of the spa.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including advanced facials, body wraps, exfoliation, and hair removal services.
- Provide expert manicures and pedicures, including gel and nail art application.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care routines.
- Administer relaxing massage treatments and spa therapies.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for all clients.
Requirements
- A recognized qualification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology .
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist .
- Proficiency in a broad spectrum of beauty treatments and spa modalities.
- Excellent knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced spa environment.
