We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Grandview Corners,South Surrey
Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
- Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
- Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
- Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.

What You Bring
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
