Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures with precision and care.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies , build strong customer relationships, and handle client inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards throughout the salon and treatment rooms, adhering to all health regulations.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new services to drive business revenue.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with proven experience in a senior or supervisory role.
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and spa management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of various beauty products, treatment techniques, and industry trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a passion for client well-being.
