About the Role
Our client, a renowned wellness centre in Upington , is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Beauty & Wellness Consultant . This role involves providing expert advice and personalized consultations to clients on a wide range of beauty treatments, skincare, and holistic wellness practices. You will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving service uptake, and contributing to the centre’s reputation for providing comprehensive health and beauty solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead client consultations and contribute to the growth of the Beauty & Wellness sector in the Northern Cape .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess individual beauty and wellness needs, goals, and preferences.
- Recommend tailored treatment plans, skincare regimes, and lifestyle adjustments based on client assessments.
- Educate clients on the benefits and application of various beauty treatments, products, and wellness services.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and research in the beauty, skincare, and holistic wellness fields.
- Assist clients in navigating the centre’s offerings and making informed decisions about their health and beauty journey.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and track progress.
- Collaborate with other therapists and practitioners to offer integrated wellness solutions.
Requirements
- A strong background in beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related wellness field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client consultation and advisory roles within the Beauty & Wellness industry.
- Excellent knowledge of skincare, cosmetic products, complementary therapies, and general wellness principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
