Role Overview
The Senior Brand Manager – Digital will own and lead the digital brand mandate for Khimji Jewellers, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion across all online touchpoints. The role is based in Bhubaneswar and will be pivotal in strengthening our omnichannel presence and digital-first storytelling for a premium jewellery consumer.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the annual digital brand strategy aligned with Khimji’s premium positioning and business goals.
• Own all digital channels: website, performance marketing, social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), marketplaces, and partner platforms, ensuring cohesive brand presence.
• Plan and run integrated digital campaigns for key occasions (Akshaya Tritiya, wedding season, festive, store launches, schemes like gold-to-diamond upgrades), with clear KPIs on reach, engagement, footfalls, and revenue.
• Lead content strategy and calendar – films, reels, photography, influencer collaborations, and storytelling around craftsmanship, collections, store experiences, and regional culture.
• Partner closely with offline marketing, retail, and CRM teams to drive online-to-offline journeys, digital-led store visits, and loyalty/remarketing flows.
• Work with performance agencies on SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, leads, and walk-ins.
• Track and report digital performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and social analytics; derive insights and build monthly and quarterly action plans.
• Manage digital budgets and vendor/agency ecosystem, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and high-quality output.
• Conduct ongoing competitive and category tracking of premium/luxury jewellery brands and broader luxury to keep Khimji ahead of the curve.
• Coach and manage a small digital team (executives/agency teams), fostering a high-ownership, high-output culture.

Qualifications & Experience
• 10–12 years of experience in digital brand management/marketing, with at least 4–5 years in premium/luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end digital campaigns and always-on performance for a consumer brand with omnichannel or retail presence.
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Strong command of digital tools: Meta/Google Ads managers, GA4, social listening/management tools, marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work with creative, media, and tech partners, and to present plans and performance to senior leadership.

• Primary base: Bhubaneswar, Odisha – closely working with the corporate office and key showrooms across the city.
• Occasional travel to other Khimji locations in Odisha for campaigns, shoots, and store initiatives.
