At Produceshop, we’re building Europe’s next-generation Home & Living platform, combining functional design, strong price positioning, and scalable supply.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp Senior Buyer / Buyer who can move fast, build a strong assortment, and unlock supplier partnerships across Europe.
Your mission
Own and scale our sourcing and assortment across Home & Living categories — with a clear focus on what sells, at the right price, at the right speed.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a high-performing supplier network across Europe (Asia sourcing is a plus)
- Source products across dropship, consignment, and on-stock models
- Identify and onboard brands, manufacturers, and private label opportunities
- Drive assortment curation: select winners, cut underperformers quickly
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply conditions
- Accelerate our near-shoring strategy with European suppliers
- Work closely with pricing, marketing, and operations to maximize sell-through
- Own key metrics: GMV, margin, stock rotation
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial instinct — you know what sells and why
- Knowledge of Home & Living suppliers, brands, and manufacturers across Europe
- Existing supplier network is a strong plus
- Experience with dropship, stock, and consignment models
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals quickly
- Sharp eye for merchandising, trends, and price positioning
- Experience in e-commerce preferred
- Hands-on, fast-paced, execution-driven mindset
