The Role:
Crafting a commercially balanced product range
Collaborating with leadership for long-term product planning
Establishing a transparent price structure for profitability
Coordinating with design to blend trends and volume lines
Ensuring timely procurement and delivery
Analysing category history and regional climate needs
Meeting department financial targets
Utilising sales and market data for strategic decisions
Optimising departmental performance
Staying updated on market trends
Partnering with Design and QA for quality
Making commercial decisions throughout product development
Monitoring production progress
About You
SpecificCurvecategory experience essential
A minimum of 5 years as a Buyer or 2+ years as a Senior Buyer.
Expertise in fabrications, raw materials, and garment construction.
International market experience, strong commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
A relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Design/Buying or equivalent is necessary
Internal & external management skills
Experience in team management.
