The Opportunity As a Senior Client Advisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and developing lasting client relationships. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, leading by example through A.P.C.’s selling ceremony while inspiring your team to achieve both personal and store go

What You’ll Do Client Experience
Sales
- Deliver exceptional client service through A.P.C.’s selling cere
- mony.Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong personal client book through CRM and clienteling tools.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Share expert knowledge of A.P.C.’s collections, craftsmanship, and styling.
- Create personalized recommendations that exceed client expectations.
- Support daily business strategies and contribute to overall store performance.
Leadership
- Lead by example on the sales
- floor.Motivate, coach, and inspire the team to achieve daily sales
- goals.Reinforce selling standards and exceptional customer se
- rvice.Assist with onboarding and training new team me
- mbers.Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Store Operations
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily oper
- ations.Take ownership of the boutique when the Store Manager is
- absent.Open and close the boutique following company proc
- edures.Maintain visual merchandising sta
- ndards.Assist with inventory management and loss prev
- ention.Ensure operational excellence while maintaining an elevated shopping environment.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someonewho has:
- 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium
- fashion.1+ years of leadership or keyholder exp
- erience.A passion for luxury retail and client
- service.Strong communication and relationship-building
- skills.A proactive, positive, and team-oriented
- mindset.The ability to multitask in a fast-paced envi
- ronment.Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and inventory
- events.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
