The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Advisor who is ready to step up into a Senior Supervisory position, working alongside the Store Manager.
As Senior Client Advisor, you are responsible for the following:
Your Responsibilities
- Elevated Client Experience: Immerse clients in the world of FENDI, providing expert guidance and personalized service that reflects the brand’s DNA at every touchpoint.
- Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by expertly showcasing the breadth of the FENDI collection, engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand the FENDI community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Brand Presentation: Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with FENDI’s aesthetic.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous stock management practices and adhere to all security compliance protocols.
