ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Senior Creative Producer for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract for a luxury clothing brand client. Working directly alongside the Head of Creative, you will be the driving force behind our visual output, responsible for delivering everything from major seasonal brand campaigns and high-profile talent shoots to commercial studio content.
You will sit at the intersection of creative vision and commercial reality. They need a dynamic problem-solver who can keep complex critical paths on track, and ensure every shoot is delivered on time and meticulously within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Production & Campaign Delivery
- Partner closely with the Head of Creative to execute visual campaigns from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the creative vision is supported and maintained.
- Manage the end-to-end production of major seasonal campaigns, brand icon/talent shoots, and specialized sub-label launches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all on-set logistics, crew hiring, and day-of-shoot problem-solving.
Casting & Talent Management
- Lead the casting process with a sharp eye, securing the right talent for both elevated lifestyle campaigns and regular e-commerce shoots.
- Manage talent contracts, usage rights, and high-profile talent handling on set.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Act as the strict keeper of production budgets in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Negotiate rates with external creatives, agencies, and vendors (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, and location scouts) to maximize production value.
- Build, manage, and enforce clear critical paths to keep all stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward efficiently.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact for sample coordination across departments, proactively resolving availability, timing and logistics challenges to support smooth shoot production.
- Coordinate the sourcing, tracking, preparation, labelling, packing and transportation of product samples for all campaign, e-commerce and content shoots, ensuring samples are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Liaise closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Showroom and Wholesale teams to identify, secure and manage sample availability, maintaining clear visibility of sample locations and movement.
- Partner with Merchandising teams during shoot planning to ensure product selections align with commercial priorities, while collaborating with Product Development to verify colour accuracy, sample updates and product changes prior to shoot execution.
- Maintain accurate sample inventories and oversee sample logistics before, during and after shoots, ensuring products are returned, tracked and accounted for efficiently.
- Take ownership of e-commerce shoot coordination, acting as the crucial bridge between the London creative hub and the Manchester team to ensure seamless studio execution.
- Ensure consistency in output across all commercial product imagery, balancing commercial requirements with high quality.
Post-Production Oversight
- Coordinate the post-production workflow (retouching, editing, colour grading, and formatting) to ensure all assets are delivered in the correct specs for digital, social, and retail platforms.
ABOUT YOU
- Highly Experienced: You have a proven track record as a Senior Producer in the fashion or apparel industry, with a strong portfolio spanning high-end campaigns and e-commerce.
- Hands-On & Proactive: You are not a hands-off delegator. You thrive when actively managing the end-to-end production process, whether that means adjusting a schedule on the fly or stepping in to fix an immediate logistical issue on set.
- Commercially Minded: You treat the budget as your own. You know how to stretch resources without compromising the final creative output.
- A Natural Collaborator: You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse teams, from senior internal stakeholders to specialized freelance crews and remote teams.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable pivoting between the high-level needs of a major brand campaign and the rigorous, process-driven demands of commercial studio content.
