RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze market trends and consumer needs to align design with company goals.
- Develop and complete design proposals based on company standards.
- Plan the materials and color information for the collections of each season.
- Create product design sketches and technical drawings for development.
- Monitor sample production progress and ensure quality.
- Collaborate on key product meetings and tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in related majors such as Fashion Design and Engineering, Art Design, Fine Arts, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of sports/outdoor apparel design experience.
- Deep understanding of consumer needs and Sports outdoor -fashion apparel trends.
- Proficiency in clothing styles, colors, patterns, and design tools.(Adobe Illustrator)
- Resilience and adaptability to company changes.
- Good communication and coordination skills, market insight, learning and innovation, and execution abilities.
