Job Summary
We are seeking a Women’s Apparel Senior Designer to develop exclusive/private brand product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of mass market trends and the ability to interpret them into customized, high performing collections for retail partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity environment, successfully executing high-SKU count without comprising product integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for exclusive division monthly collections
- Complete tech packs details inclusive of technical flat sketch, BOM, construction call outs, fit/spec
- Research seasonal trends and key concepts
- Source seasonal raw materials fabrics and trims
- Attend and contribute to proto fittings
- Ensure product is trend right and cost engineered
- Collaborate closely cross-functional partners—including Technical Design, Production, Oversea offices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Women’s Apparel Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-market execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, digital sketching tools, PLM systems, Microsoft Office, Google G Suite
- Well versed in fabrics, fit, construction, and garment development processes for moderate to budget price points
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for women’s fashion and trend awareness

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
