KEY PURPOSE:
The Senior Designer is responsible for delivering consumer led global designs that are innovative, brand right, and manufacturable under the assigned product category and guidelines. This role will create products that adhere to the seasonal direction and product briefs, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead design in women’s swimwear design within soft goods to oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation to final production.
Conceptualize and ideate to create innovative and compelling global designs that reflect the conceptual direction and business strategy.
Identify current trends from design, color, material, and technical.
Anticipate the needs of the consumer with solutions to drive projects forward.
