Key Roles
* Thorough study of the design sketch to identify customer requirements and finalize the sample process to meet critical deadline.
* Conducting development samples progress meeting with cross functional departments
* Closely follow up on sample critical path from Raw materials to outsourcing process including prints, embellishments / washing etc.
* Execution of BOMs, costing, product re-engineering and updating customer systems where applicable in an accurate and timely manner • Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to ensure best quality and cost efficiency
* Plan time efficiency to ensure you are always “Adding value”
* Establish strong relationship with customers and internal stake holders to manage the sample execution completely.
* Ensure all products are need that required quality standards and comply with brand standards.
Qualification
* Qualification in merchandising, fashion management, or related studies.
* 2-3 years’ experience as product Development Merchandiser.
* Detail oriented, organized and ability to thrive under a challenging work environment
* Previous knowledge in bulk merchandising, designing and product technical would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
