Senior E-Commerce Manager – Menswear Lifestyle Brand
This exciting menswear lifestyle brand is currently looking for a talented E-commerce Manager to join their team. This brand is seeing huge growth across all channels on an international scale. They are now looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive growth and manage their online channel.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for the online customer experience, focusing on improving website functionality and maximise revenue opportunities.
2. Managing the digital experience from e-commerce website discovery through to customer purchase process, third-party app management, first point of contact for e-commerce fulfillment management.
3. Manage and implement conversion optimisation strategies to drive revenue per visitor.
4. Liaise with core merchandising teams in the UK and Group eCommerce to ensure product offering is in-line with current UK assortment and support campaign activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Shopify plus as well as advanced experience with google analytics and analytical tool. You will be well-versed in the day-to-day management of the website.
