We’re throwing events that people remember – and we need a master of ceremonies (well, a Senior Events & Experiential Producer) to make the magic happen!
If you’re equal parts strategic mastermind, creative thinker, and logistics wizard, keep reading: Based in our Berlin office, this role is all about leading the charge on unforgettable experiences for Highsnobiety’s clients. From early concept to the final standing ovation, you’ll be at the heart of it all.
We’re talking: multi-channel, multi-sensory, and occasionally mind-blowing experiences. You’ll lead the entire event lifecycle; planning, budgeting, vendor wrangling, team leading, and boots-on-the-ground execution!
You know how to charm a client, rally a creative team, negotiate like a pro, and make the impossible happen (all without breaking a sweat or the budget).
In this role: you’ll collaborate across departments (from editorial and talent to brand partnerships and creative) turning bold ideas into bold realities. You’ll also be the go-to for building relationships with a global network of vendors, venues, and partners. If there’s a cooler space in Berlin (or beyond), you probably already know it.
Now, for the credentials: You’ve got at least 7 years of experience under your belt, producing everything from intimate brand activations to large-scale spectacles. You speak the languages of timelines, budgets, and spreadsheets just as fluently as you do creativity, culture, and curation. You don’t just keep up with the latest in music, fashion, and art, you live for it! You’re cool under pressure, allergic to boring, and probably have a few tales of pulling off a miracle or two during event week. Tools like Asana or Splashthat? Second nature. Proficiency in English is a must; German skills are a major plus (many of our projects call Deutschland home).
