Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert application of various eyelash extension styles, including classic, volume, and hybrid sets.
- Manage studio operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train and mentor junior lash technicians, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Eyelash Extension Technician .
- Proficiency in a wide range of lash extension techniques and styles.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a salon or spa is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lash health, safety, and application best practices.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications in eyelash extension application and advanced techniques.
