Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sr. Fashion Consultant for our Pretline brand. In this client-facing luxury retail role, you will serve as a trusted style advisor to our HNI and UHNI clientele, delivering personalized fashion consultations and creating exceptional brand experiences.
The ideal candidate possesses a refined understanding of luxury fashion, craftsmanship, client psychology, and relationship management, with the ability to translate client aspirations into meaningful style solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver elevated one-on-one styling consultations aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and standards.
Guide clients through the selection, customization, and purchase journey with expertise, discretion, and attention to detail.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, celebrities, and discerning fashion consumers.
Collaborate closely with design, atelier, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, craftsmanship techniques, silhouettes, fabrics, and fashion history.
Drive client engagement through private appointments, seasonal previews, trunk shows, and exclusive launches.
Represent and uphold the brand’s heritage, values, and luxury positioning at every client touchpoint.
Consistently contribute toward achieving sales and client-retention goals.
Desired Profile
3–5 years of experience in luxury fashion, personal styling, client relations, or premium retail.
Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, garment construction, and fashion trends.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with high-profile and luxury clientele.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Genuine passion for luxury fashion and client experience.
