Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer needs and design sweaters and develop seasonal trends collection. Prepare presentation boards, design sketches, illustration and CADs.
- Collect information on seasonal trends, colors, raw materials and styling. Create detailed specification and construction details.
- Provide support on the design and development services to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements.
- Collaborate well with others including other designers, 3D technicians, merchandisers, suppliers and factory technicians.
Job Requirements:
- Have good product and strong yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process
- Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation
- Have demonstrated creative sense and ability
- Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the market and customer needs and obsess to the details
- Familiar with U.S. market
- Are proficient in AI, PSD and Adobe illustrator, experience in Apex and CLO3D is an advantage
- 2-3 years and above of related experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, preferably fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese
