Responsibilities:
- Create CAD sketches, graphics, embellishment layouts, and technical packages using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Develop and maintain brand-right commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction and business strategy.
- Focus on style, fit, and fabric in seasonal product development.
- Attend fit sessions, work with the Design Director to make comments, and communicate with vendors.
- Adapt designs based on feedback for finalization.
- Ensure deliverables meet budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence.
- Deliver product designs with flawless execution, achieving goals with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail.
- Identify and implement new ideas from both internal and external sources, and conduct ongoing competitor research and trend analysis.
- Provide reliable and responsible support to the Design Director.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Lead or participate in all stages of development.
Job Description:
As a Senior Fashion Designer specializing in women’s streetwear, you will work closely with the Design Director and be responsible for creating cohesive collections from concept to final production. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- 10+ years of experience in women’s streetwear.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in developing novelty graphics and embellishments across a wide range of products, including denim, woven, and cut & sew knit items.
- In-depth knowledge of women’s fit and construction for both tops and bottoms.
- Effective communication with vendors.
- Excellent taste level with a great eye for trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion and a creative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
Salary: Depends on experience
