The Sr. Fashion Graphics Designer / Fashion Graphics Designer will take ownership of buyer-focused graphics readiness, leading end-to-end design development and ensuring speed, quality, and commercial accuracy across fast-fashion woven categories. Product focus includes Ladies Tops (~60%), Men’s Tops/Bottoms (~30%), and Blazers (~10%).

🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Develop high-quality garment graphics, prints, logos, placements, and production-ready artworks for export buyers
• Lead end-to-end graphics development from tech pack to final approval submission
• Create seasonal collections, fast-fashion graphics, embroideries, wash ideas, and mockups aligned with buyer direction
• Ensure speed, quality, and commercial accuracy across woven light to medium categories
• Interpret buyer tech packs and convert requirements into accurate commercial designs
• Ensure artworks meet buyer branding guidelines, print techniques, and production feasibility
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, CAD, and Production teams for flawless execution
• Handle artwork revisions, strike-off comments, and urgent approvals within deadlines
• Maintain organized artwork libraries, buyer folders, and digital assets
• Stay updated on international fashion, streetwear, womenswear, menswear, and tailored graphics trends
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or related field
• For Graphics Designer 5+ yrs & For Sr. Graphics Designer 7+ yrs of proven experience in Fashion Graphics Design for Export RMG industry
• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (InDesign / CLO / 3D knowledge is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of apparel graphics, typography, colorways, and print techniques
• Hands-on experience in screen print, sublimation, embroidery, digital print, pigment & special effects artworks
• Strong experience in fast-fashion woven product categories preferred
• Excellent color sense, detailing, garment placement understanding & fabric application knowledge
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet buyer deadlines with accuracy
• Creative mindset with updated knowledge of global fashion graphics trends
