Key Responsibilities
- Research U.S./European fashion trends, market demands, competitor products, and consumer preferences to develop fashion jewelry collections.
- Independently create jewelry designs from concept development, mood boards, sketches, material selection, and product details.
- Develop trendy and commercially viable jewelry products including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, and fashion accessories.
- Follow up on sample development, communicate with suppliers, and optimize designs to ensure the final products match the original concept.
- Continuously monitor jewelry market trends, popular elements, colors, materials, and consumer insights to support product development direction.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize product selections based on market feedback and business needs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fashion jewelry or accessories design.
- Strong understanding of U.S./European fashion aesthetics and jewelry trends.
- Experience developing complete jewelry collections from concept to product.
- Strong sense of color, materials, proportion, and commercial design.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Experience with U.S. jewelry brands, boutiques, or wholesale markets is preferred.
- CAD / 3D modeling experience is a plus, but not the main focus.
