A contemporary fashion brand is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer with a focus in the fashion ecomm business. We are based in the heart of the Garment Center in NYC. Amanda Uprichard is sold on our website, as well as the best contemporary websites such as Shopbop, Revolve and department and specialty stores nationwide.
This is an in house position, 5 days a week.

OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
At Amanda Uprichard, we are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. This position requires a strong balance of conceptual design and expertise, with a focus on both brand storytelling and strategy.
We are looking for a passionate designer who loves to see their ideas come to life. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling graphic design that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives, including digital (email, web, social media, paid ads), print (lookbooks, market flyers, packaging), and campaign collateral.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support ecomm shoots, product launches, and brand initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ideate, conceptualize and execute design assets across multiple platforms, always ensuring brand cohesion and creative excellence
Editing and cropping images for use on emails, social media, ecomm banners, market flyers and other uses as well.
Designing banners, emails and ads (Google, Meta and affiliate sites) adhering to the marketing calendar in a timely manner.
Utilizing excellent typography, layout, and composition skills, with an obsessive eye for detail.
Always thinking strategically and having a business-minded approach to design, with an understanding of how creative impacts sales and brand perception.
Art directing ecomm and wholesale shoots in our in-house studio, ensuring fit and styling precision.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field
● Excellent Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator skills
● 5+ years of experience in graphic design and branding in fashion
● A strong portfolio showcasing typography, design and composition
● Understanding of current web technologies, digital trends, and best practices
● Ability to multitask, project manage, and meet tight deadlines
● Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative standards
● Experience in copywriting and copyediting is desired but not required
