Your Role at Moxie
Deliver expert-level hair services, including cutting, coloring, highlights, keratin treatments, and extensions
Provide thoughtful, personalized beauty consultations for every client, along with product knowledge and information about memberships.
Keep up with the latest trends, products, and styling techniques
Maintain a polished, clean, and professional workstation
Build lasting relationships with clients and foster loyalty
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an unforgettable salon experience
Help promote the salon through community engagement and outreach
What You Bring:
A valid cosmetology license and 5+ years of hands-on salon experience
Mastery of a wide range of services, with an impressive portfolio to match
Bonus points for experience in makeup, lash extensions, men’s cuts, and curly/textured hair
Passion for style, trends, and personalized client service
A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
