Duties:
– Attend all meeting and commit yourself to being a great Stylist
– Market
– Follow salon policy and vision
– Adhere to all rules and regulations
– Perform routine sanitation and clean facility before and after each client
– Communicate and execute
– Complete desired style.
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license or basic knowledge in haircare.
– Previous experience in hair styling. Sanitation and cleanliness.
– Ability to multitask, self motivated must advertise and have some sort of clientele
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow customer instructions.
– Excellent time management skills and ability to meet superb service
– Physical stamina to handle the demands of new and repetitive clients.
– Strong communication and excellent customer service and team building skills.
Please note that this is a cosmetology loc technician, natural hair stylist and lady barber position. As a hairstylist you will be responsible for providing your own products and marketing your customer base skills.
