Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs, preferences, and desired styles.
- Perform a wide range of hair services including precision cutting, advanced coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, root touch-ups), perms, and straightening treatments.
- Provide expert hair styling for special occasions, events, and everyday wear.
- Recommend and sell hair care products suited to individual client needs and hair types.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Hairstylist in a professional salon setting.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse cutting, coloring, and styling skills.
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using various professional hair tools and equipment.
- Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
