ey Accountabilities:

As a key member of China HR Leadership team, this role is critical for building a talent development and learning culture throughout the organization, leading the strategic talent initiatives and employer branding program and employee wellbeing initiatives at group level.

  • Enhance key talents capability through Ommichannel competency learning structure implementation, covering all levels of Retail and Office managerial roles
  • Talent pipeline development, covering all levels of Retail and Office managerial roles
  • Develop Employer Branding via EVP Program and Wellbeing establishment
  • Enhance performance management and coaching culture through series of trainings

Chair of the MaxMara Group China Training Committee

Responsibilities:

Management and Operations of Talent/Organization Development Initiatives

  • Take charge of the overall management and monitor the progress of all the talent development related projects at group level, check in with the project owner to understand the progress, and report the status and resources needed to the core management team.
  • Prove support to the project team through providing suggestions and related toolbox/resources.
  • Lead or participate in talent/organization development project, provide diagnosis and consultation service.
  • Conduct review and reflection sessions for the talent/organization development projects; build up the database through collaboration with the project owners.

Management of Culture and Learning Development Project

  • Act as project manager or core team member of the project team to define strategy, objective, development roadmap and resources needed.
  • Collaborate with partners across different departments to assign task, solve problems to ensure the goal to be achieved.
  • Define the Develop Employer Branding via EVP Program and Wellbeing establishment strategy, leverage various communication channels and approach of storytelling to promote the project roll out.
  • Manage complex working relationship, to notify key stakeholders the project progress timely
  • Define success matrix to measure the effectiveness of the project.

Operation Management of the Learning and Development team

  • Manage the team to establish the L&D operations process and rules.
  • Oversee the sourcing and budget management of GBMAX Academy.
  • Lead the team to manage the training coordination, project support and other administrative work.

Organizational Development Capability Build up

  • Remain close interaction with the Global HR team, learn relate experience and leverage their resources to build the organizational development capability.
  • Build up the theory, framework and toolbox of organizational development.
  • Focus on the development trend of the organizational development field and share the most updated trend and theory with the Human Resources team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in culture building, training, learning and development, organizational development, and/or team development.
  • Able to proactively collaborate with others
  • Ability to be flexible and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and have related experience to manage complex projects.
  • Understanding and experience applying a variety of development approaches that span formal training, relationship-based, and experience-based development
  • Ability to facilitate assigned content and agendas, adapting approach and style to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
