We are seeking a Senior Licensing Coordinator to manage all aspects of creative product development and quality control of its licensees.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Creative & Product Development and plays a critical role in helping to manage and grow the Licensing business.

You can wear many hats and prioritize many time sensitive projects simultaneously. You are calm under pressure and have exceptional communication skills and a comfort level working directly with clients and manufactures.

About The Position:

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3+ years of experience managing consumer product and packaging development from concept through final delivery
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Mediabox or comparable product and asset management systems
  • Exceptionally organized with strong time management and follow‑through
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to anticipate and address issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
  • Confident and comfortable presenting status updates to internal and external stakeholders

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with premium, fashion, and/or art‑driven brands strongly preferred

·        Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience working across all stages of product development for hard and soft lines

 

Responsibilities:

 

Coordination of product development, quality assurance procedures, and marketing materials

·        Coordinate product, packaging and marketing approvals across multiple categories including hard lines, soft lines, experiential, marketing, and consumables; overseeing development and ensuring best in class design from concept to final delivery

·        Manage information flow and communicate creative feedback between all stakeholders

·        Gather information for the creation of product development schedules including key milestones, statuses and priorities in process

Providing support and information to key licensors and licensees

·        Ensure continuity amongst entire licensing programs

·        Support specific requests from licensees including providing brand assets

·        Maintain and present regular updates and status reports

·        Send licensees creative materials and refresh of new materials as available

·        Gather and understand licensee goals and product details to communicate to licensors

·        Assist with brand marketing support including on-line and social media

·        Assist with development of brand decks and other licensing presentations

Generation and management of data and product development

·        Consolidate, coordinate and maintain data such as product development process, stages and timelines

·        Ensure product lines are on time and meeting deadlines set forth

·        Lead product development meetings and write clear and concise recaps and next steps following

·        Set up seasonal line reviews and maintain stockroom of contractual samples

·        Assist in development of creative materials – designer capabilities being a plus
