Edikted is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition functions, serving as a strategic advisor to leaders across core business units while ensuring strong execution across all people programs.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and evolve Edikted’s end-to-end recruiting strategy across corporate and retail functions. This role is both strategic and hands-on; responsible for building scalable hiring processes, leveraging AI and automation, strengthening employer brand, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent aligned with Edikted’s culture and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive, predictive talent pipelines
  • Establish and track KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates)
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including upskilling in AI tools and modern sourcing techniques
  • Identify, implement, and optimize AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing automation, resume screening, interview scheduling, chatbots)
  • Leverage AI to enhance candidate matching, reduce bias, and improve speed-to-hire
  • Build automation into high-volume recruiting workflows (retail/store hiring) to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with HRIS/IT to integrate AI capabilities into ATS and recruiting systems
  • Establish governance and ethical guidelines for responsible AI use in hiring (bias mitigation, compliance, transparency)
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across corporate, retail, and warehouse roles
  • Personally lead hiring for senior, niche, and high-impact roles
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and brand-aligned candidate experience, supported by smart automation and timely communication
  • Partner with Marketing and People teams to strengthen Edikted’s employer brand
  • Utilize data insights to target and engage talent across digital platforms
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social media, talent intelligence platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Position Edikted as an employer of choice within fashion, retail, and Gen Z talent markets
  • Design and implement scalable, tech-enabled recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
  • Optimize ATS and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency, reporting, and user experience
  • Leverage data analytics and AI to continuously improve hiring outcomes and decision-making
  • Ensure structured, equitable, and compliant hiring practices
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices across all recruiting processes
  • Leverage tools responsibly to support diverse talent pipelines while mitigating bias
  • Develop partnerships and sourcing strategies that increase representation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy, labor market trends, and AI-enabled hiring practices
  • Train and coach leaders on structured interviewing, selection, and leveraging recruiting technologies effectively

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced environments (retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or leveraging AI/automation in recruiting (or strong aptitude and interest in this space)
  • Proven ability to build and scale recruiting functions and processes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools and familiarity with AI-enabled platforms
  • Passion for fashion, culture, and building teams that reflect Edikted’s brand
